Antioxidant, boosts memory, reduces mental fatigue, promotes alertness, reduces the effect of chronic stress or anxiety, reduces hair loss, aids in respiratory problems such as congestion, sore throat, common allergies, and flu.
• Antioxidant, memory, mental fatigue, alertness, stress and anxiety, respiratory problems and flu: Diffuse 8 to 15 drops of rosemary oil (based on desired strength) to 1 cup of distilled water in a water diffuser or use handkerchief or tissue paper and use 1 to 2 drops to inhale.
• For hair and respiratory problems: Use 1 drop for every 20 kg of body weight or dilute 30 drops of rosemary oil to 1 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil or any carrier oil of your choice. Apply on the chest for respiratory problems and on the scalp often.
Caution: • When using directly on skin, test a small area to check for sensitivity. • Not to be used by children less than 10 years of age and by pregnant women.
